Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Data Migration Expert with 6–9 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SD master and transactional data migration , along with good knowledge of Credit Management and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, validating, and supporting end-to-end data migration activities during SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SD data migration activities for implementation, rollout, and transformation projects.
- Analyze legacy data, define migration strategies, and prepare mapping documents.
- Extract, cleanse, transform, validate, and load master and transactional data into SAP.
- Perform migration of SD-related data including:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business users during migration cycles.
- Execute mock loads, reconciliation, data validation, and production cutover activities.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Prepare migration documentation, reconciliation reports, and issue logs.
- Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
