SAP Functional Consulting Manager

The Role:
As an SAP Functional Consulting Manager, you will lead a team of consultants in delivering SAP solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing project implementations, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving best practices within the team.
- Lead SAP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored SAP solutions.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate training sessions for clients and team members.
Team Structure: You will report directly to the Director of Consulting and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience in SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, CO, MM, SD).
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems.
Soft Skills: Leadership, Client Management, Team Collaboration.
