Male Procurement Officer

Local & International Procurement We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Procurement Officer to join our team! Job Responsibilities:
- Handle local and international purchasing and procurement activities
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability
- Request and compare quotations from different suppliers
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and other procurement documents
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and concerns
- Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, and other departments regarding procurement requirements
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, and transactions
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and replenishment requirements
- Handle importation-related documents and coordinate with international suppliers and logistics providers
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned
- Graduate or undergraduate of any Mechanical or Civil Engineering Related Course.
- With or without experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably handling both local and international suppliers
- Knowledge of sourcing, supplier negotiation, and purchasing procedures
- Familiarity with importation and international purchasing is an advantage
- Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
