Account specific roles and responsibilities:
- Contact patients regarding outstanding copays and balances in a professional and courteous manner (soft collections).
- Collaborate with front office staff and agents to support overall billing and collection efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements in the system.
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to collections and customer satisfaction.
- Handle sensitive patient financial data with discretion and integrity.
Requirements
- At least 1 year BPO experience (Collections)
- Healthcare experience is a PLUS
- With email support experience
- Excellent verbal & written English skills
- Basic MS tools knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Amenable working onsite in Makati
- Willing to work night shifts
