- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and check-in
- Provide information about the hotel services and local attractions
- Handle luggage and provide transport services as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell area
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage guest requests and concerns effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed demeanor
