Job Overview:
We are hiring a highly creative Art Director / Assistant Art Director with a strong background in print and branding design . This role is ideal for someone who excels in typography, spatial design, and delivering high-quality visual concepts in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Location: Cebu
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Shift: EST (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Experience: 5–7 Years
- Headcount: 2
- Salary Range: PHP 50,000 – 100,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling print designs aligned with brand identity
- Apply strong typography, layout, and color principles in all outputs
- Maintain high standards of speed, accuracy, and visual quality
- Implement design revisions efficiently based on feedback
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Stay updated with design, fashion, and retail trends
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- 5+ years of graphic design experience (print-focused, branding-heavy)
- Experience in team leadership or mentoring
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing print, typography, and spatial design
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in execution
- English proficiency (B1 or higher)
- Stable career history ( not a job hopper )
- Must not be a current or former employee of Wipro
