Oversee the daily operations of the Memorial Park and Chapel, ensuring efficient service delivery, proper facility maintenance, and compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Memorial Park and Chapel, ensuring efficient service delivery, proper facility maintenance, and compliance with company standards
Monitor branch performance, manage operating expenses, and implement action plans to achieve business and financial targets
Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining service quality, addressing concerns promptly, and providing compassionate assistance to families
Lead, supervise, and develop branch personnel to promote productivity, accountability, and teamwork
Ensure the proper utilization and safekeeping of branch facilities, equipment, supplies, and other company assets
Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations, and submit accurate and timely operational and financial reports
Identify opportunities to improve branch processes, service quality, operational efficiency, and overall business performance
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in operations management, branch management, or a supervisory role
Experience in memorial park operations, funeral services, or a related service industry is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage operational activities, monitor financial performance, and lead a team toward achieving business objectives
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools
