Finance Associate Manager for Finance Business Partnering in Quezon City
We are seeking a Finance Associate Manager – Finance Business Partnering with strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
The role supports business decision-making through financial insights, performance analysis, and management reporting.
The ideal candidate is a CPA with solid experience in financial planning and analysis.
Experience in purchase requisition processes is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
-Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
-Analyze financial performance and provide insights
-Monitor budgets and expenses
-Support business and management decisions
-Prepare management and variance reports
-Coordinate with stakeholders on finance matters
-Ensure compliance with financial policies
Qualifications
-CPA required
-Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
-Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
-Purchase requisition experience is an advantage
-Proficiency in Excel and financial systems preferred
