REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin & English.
• Open to high school graduates and Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Having experience in the casino industry is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or hospitality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Assist international guests, especially Chinese nationals, with their needs and inquiries.
• Support Mandarin-speaking guests with membership registration, account inquiries, and rewards transactions.
• Process rewards redemptions, complimentary items, gifts, transportation, food and beverage vouchers, and room accommodations in accordance with company policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with guests.
• Maintain and update guest preference records to provide personalized service for future visits.
• Manage VIP guest relations and enhance the overall casino experience.
• Coordinate with the VIP team by sharing relevant information.
• Build and maintain relationships with Table Games players, including assisting with credit line applications.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to all guests.
• Handle Mandarin-speaking guests' game-related inquiries.
