- Graduate of any four-year course
- Must have at least one year supervisory experience preferably in food chain or retail industries
- Posses good coaching and mentoring skills
- Very good communication skills both oral and written
- Analytical and organized
- With sound judgment and good problem solving skills
- Microsoft program-savvy
- No issue doing field visits across CDO
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Ensures store policies are in place
- Ensures set sales targets are reached
- Trains team with their job responsibilities
- Evaluates respective team/s
- Suggests/creates projects/practices to maintain profitability
- Monitors inventory and cash flow
- Identifies challenges and solves the same
*This position is incentivized depending on achieved metrics
