Accounting Supervisor

- Supervise daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
- Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
