Product Portfolio Head - SaaS & IoT Solutions (Telco)

Role Overview

The Product Portfolio Head for Technical Solutions will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and overall performance of a Software & IoT product portfolio across consumer, SME, and enterprise markets. The role focuses on driving innovation, commercial growth, and product scalability while ensuring solutions align with evolving customer and market needs. This position also provides leadership to product teams and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver commercially successful and customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in product and portfolio management,  with strong background in managing SaaS and IoT portfolios.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing multiple products or product portfolios.
• Proven track record in developing and managing commercially successful products across both consumer and business segments.
• Strong knowledge of IoT, SaaS, productivity platforms, connected devices, or related technology ecosystems.
• Experience in pricing strategy, P&L management, product positioning, and business case development.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Strong leadership experience in managing and mentoring product teams.
• Customer-focused and data-driven approach to product development and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Portfolio Management

• Define and drive the overall strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the Software & IoT product portfolio.
• Lead and mentor product managers handling solutions such as productivity software, collaboration platforms, smart devices, and connected workplace technologies.
• Ensure products remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with the needs of consumer, SME, and enterprise customers.
• Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and innovation opportunities to enhance and expand the portfolio.

Commercial & Business Leadership

• Develop and implement strategies to increase product adoption, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Establish pricing structures, commercial models, and business cases for new products, enhancements, and market expansions.
• Assess opportunities for partnerships, integrations, or product development initiatives to strengthen market offerings and accelerate go-to-market efforts.
• Collaborate with segment-focused teams to develop tailored product bundles, offers, and campaigns for different customer groups.
• Monitor portfolio performance and optimize products based on financial results, customer value, and business impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with technical, operations, and enablement teams to support product launches and ongoing service delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other business units to develop effective go-to-market strategies and positioning initiatives.
• Coordinate with Finance, Strategy, and Customer Experience teams to ensure products are financially viable, customer-centric, and operationally scalable.
• Represent the product organization in strategic planning, business reviews, and innovation initiatives.
