About the Job:

We are looking for a Technical Operations Lead to join our client's team and help optimize and scale their SaaS operations environment. In this role, you will oversee operational workflows, monitor system performance, and collaborate closely with engineering, customer success, sales teams, and external partners. You will play a key role in troubleshooting integration and API-related issues, improving operational processes, and ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of SaaS platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor operational dashboards, alerts, and integration feeds to ensure system stability, performance, and availability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues independently.
• Partner with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve API, integration, and SaaS-related challenges.
• Support and maintain SaaS operations, business workflows, and third-party integrations.
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with distributors, external partners, and integration providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with IT administration activities, including user account provisioning, hardware setup, and SaaS application management.
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, GitHub, Datadog, and Featurebase to manage workflows, incidents, and operational tasks.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and service reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experienced Lead Developer with hands-on experience with Angular, Next.js , GitHub, Jira, and Datadog.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS platform architecture.
• Experience reviewing logs, querying databases, and analyzing API requests and responses.
• Familiarity with frontend applications and cloud-based SaaS environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and minor application defects independently.
• Knowledge of monitoring, debugging, incident management, and issue-tracking processes.
• Experience with IT administration and SaaS platform management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
