Operations Coordinator (Admin Role)
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our growing property maintenance and repairs team.
This role is NOT just admin work — you will be responsible for keeping our daily operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced coordination role, not a purely clerical/admin position.
Job Description or Main Task
Handle client inquiries (messages, calls, bookings)
Schedule and dispatch technicians to job sites
Monitor daily jobs and ensure timelines are followed
Coordinate between clients and technicians
Keep records of ongoing and completed jobs
Follow up on quotations and job status
