The Distributor Specialist will manage distributor relationships, monitor sales performance, and support the implementation of sales and merchandising strategies across assigned territories. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate with distributors to support sales and business objectives. Monitor sales operations, pricing, merchandising, and account performance. Analyze sales reports and market data to identify growth opportunities. Conduct field visits and coordinate with distributor representatives. Maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers. Prepare sales performance reports and recommend improvements. Support account monitoring and ensure proper execution of sales strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motorcycle or car. Knowledge of sales operations, distributor coordination, merchandising, pricing, and account monitoring. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and customer service skills. Organized, results-oriented, and capable of handling fieldwork. Experience in Sales, Distributor Management, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, or FMCG operations is an advantage. Salary Range: ₱22000–₱24000 plus commission Work Arrangement: Fieldwork / territory-based
