Key Responsibilities - Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding the menu and addressing any concerns effectively.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in managing cash drawers, ensuring accurate cash handling, and performing regular cash drops as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service and prompt resolution of any issues.
Required Skills
- Strong numerical competency and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
Qualifications :
- Customer-oriented and a team player
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience is an advantage
