Parking Cashier
- Collect parking fees and issue tickets or receipts to customers.
- Operate cash registers, credit card machines, or automated payment systems.
- Accurately handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and prepare daily cash reports.
- Provide information and assistance to customers about parking rates, directions, and facility rules.
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or security issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier booth or workstation.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Monitor entry and exit gates to ensure proper operation and prevent unauthorized access.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Previous cashiering or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and handle transactions quickly and efficiently.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Honest, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Can start asap
