Motorpool Coordinator

- Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the motorpool, ensuring efficient vehicle allocation and usage.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, utilization, and inventory.
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles to meet the needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize transportation logistics and routes.
- Provide training and support to drivers on safety protocols and vehicle operations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in fleet management or transportation coordination
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and vehicle tracking software
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle vehicle maintenance scheduling and operate within budget constraints
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication skills
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work irregular hours and occasionally on weekends
