We're seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Supervisor at New Day Realty Corporation, you will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing plans, managing a team of sales staff, and overseeing various sales promotional activities. If you're a passionate and charismatic leader with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
* Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and foster an environment conducive to growth and development
* Implement and cascade sales and marketing plans to the team, and guide them in carrying out their assigned tasks
* Represent the company in promotional activities, organize road shows and sales saturation drives, and manage relationships with brokers and salespersons
* Recruit, train, and manage real estate brokers and salespersons, and ensure their accreditation is up-to-date
* Conduct project orientations, provide timely and accurate project updates, and assist with seller concerns and incentives
* Manage list updates, ensure listing protocol is practiced, and prepare documents and reports for submission
* Coordinate with interdepartmental teams, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and render excellent customer service
Qualifications:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
* Strong persistence and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment
* Leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising a sales team
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
* Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
