Senior Accounting Associate

- We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team at S.M.Flow Company in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in managing the company's tax-related financial operations, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns and statements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and documentation, supporting the accounting and finance functions
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, analyses, and other ad-hoc projects as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax-related insights and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and implement necessary process improvements
- Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar tax-focused accounting role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and best practices in the Philippines
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
