Job description:
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
- Assist in monitoring office supplies and replenish stock as needed.
- Process purchase requests, purchase orders, and other procurement-related documents.
- Source and coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with other office-related concerns.
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Perform other administrative and procurement-related tasks assigned by management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Procurement experience has an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Application
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work on-site within Laguna
