Salary : ₱13,000–₱20,000
Work Setup: Onsite | Shifting schedule
Job Overview
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for a Local Banking Account . In this role, you will assist customers with their banking concerns such as account inquiries, transactions, and service requests while providing excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding banking products and services
- Assist customers with account balance inquiries, transactions, and billing concerns
- Help resolve issues related to ATM cards, online banking, and fund transfers
- Provide accurate information about bank policies, services, and procedures
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally
- Maintain customer records and update account information in the system
- Follow security and compliance procedures for financial accounts
Qualifications
- High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate (With 3 months CCE/CSE)
- College graduates (NO BPO experience Needed)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
