Customer Service Representative - Virtual Process - 30k Monthly Pay

Be part of our team as a Customer Representative Representatitive! You’ll assist customers across phone, email, and chat by handling inquiries, sharing product information, and resolving technical issues. Strong communication, attentive listening, and basic computer skills are essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls regarding account details, product information, and order updates.
Explain company policies, service offerings, and account options clearly to clients.
Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues in a calm, professional manner.
Resolve concerns promptly, aiming to fix issues on the initial contact.
Maintain clean and accurate records of all customer interactions and account changes.
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
