DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Generate Sales • Regularly communicates with customers to promote products and services, to update of latest sales and marketing activities as well as foster customer loyalty/ retention.- Executes the daily operational, day to day goals and priorities assigned by store management.
- Assists clients in the conduct of their shopping activity- aid customers in locating merchandising in
- Ensures each customer receives outstanding service by mystery shop standards
- Performs After- Sales service- prompt and up to standards processing of Customer complaints and/ or
- Writes and submits quotation as per client request.
- Coordinates client meet-up and/ or conduct ocular and/ or Product Presentation to clarify and ensure
