About the Role

We're hiring a remote Plumbing Engineer/Drafter with 5-8 years of experience in plumbing design, construction documentation, and advanced Revit Plumbing modeling. You'll develop detailed plumbing drawings and BIM models, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate, code-compliant project delivery.

Candidates must be highly proficient in Revit Plumbing, including domestic water systems, sanitary and vent systems, storm drainage, natural gas piping, and plumbing equipment layouts. Experience with U.S.-based projects and U.S. plumbing codes is a strong plus, but not required.

Core Responsibilities

Plumbing Modeling and Documentation

• Develop plumbing BIM models and construction documentation, including permit, shop, and construction drawings.
  

• Ensure compliance with project standards and applicable plumbing codes.
  

• Maintain organized BIM documentation and project files.
  

Coordination and Collaboration

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams throughout all project phases.
  

• Support BIM coordination and clash detection workflows.
  

Candidate Qualifications

Must-Haves

• Degree in Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
  

• 5-8 years of experience in plumbing, drafting, and design.
  

• Advanced proficiency in Revit Plumbing (mandatory), including domestic water, sanitary, vent, storm drainage, and gas piping systems.
  

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
  

Good to Haves

• Experience with U.S.-based projects and familiarity with U.S. plumbing codes and construction practices.

• Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i7 or higher / AMD Ryzen 7 or higher.
  

• NVIDIA RTX 3060 or higher (Ampere or Ada Lovelace architecture).
  

• Minimum 32 GB RAM.
