Senior Sales Representative (Part-Time)

The company is looking for 5 senior sales representatives who are full-cycle closers to help grow their business. These candidates should have a neutral English accent, proven cold-calling experience, and be willing to work part-time for one to two months, with the potential for a full-time transition. The goal is to close five to ten contracts per week and make 100-200 cold calls daily.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to deliver tailored solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align strategies and maximize market impact.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Mentor and support junior sales team members to foster growth and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar role with a strong sales track record.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps .
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps .
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
Primary Device:
Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM .
Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
A functioning webcam .
A noise-canceling USB headset .
A quiet, dedicated home office space .
Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
