Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee all electrical and auxiliary system works on-site
- Ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and target schedules
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams regarding project requirements and updates
- Monitor installation of auxiliary systems such as CCTV, FDAS, Structured Cabling, PA/BGM, Access Control, and other low-voltage systems
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project accomplishment reports
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to electrical and auxiliary works
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies
- Monitor manpower productivity, material usage, and equipment deployment
- Review plans, shop drawings, and recommend necessary revisions when needed
- Ensure quality workmanship and timely project turnover
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Preferably with experience in electrical and auxiliary systems projects
- Knowledgeable in electrical installation, auxiliary systems, and project management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and technical drawings
- Willing to work on-site and manage field operations
