SHS GRAD / HS GRAD (OLD CURRICULUM) | NO BPO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Looking to start your BPO career in Cebu with a non-voice role? Concentrix Cebu is hiring for Non-Voice Accounts, but applicants must be voice-ready in case business needs require phone support. Handle customer inquiries via chat and/or email May transition to voice support depending on operational needs Follow response guides, tools, and workflows Maintain quality, accuracy, and proper documentation While the role starts as non-voice, flexibility for voice support is required.QUALIFICATIONS
Senior High School (SHS) Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)NO BPO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Basic English communication skills Voice-ready and flexible to handle calls if needed Willing to work onsite in Cebu Open to shifting schedules Applicants from other industries are welcome!
