COMPANY PROFILE: This is a subordinated company of electrical manufacturing from East Asian country and they established their extended site here in the Philippines since 1996. Their nature of business focuses on producing an automotive and electronic products specially on wire harnesses and devices, such as the industrial machines, USB Type-C connectors, smartphones, notebook PCs, and gaming devices. Position: Compensation and Benefits Supervisor Company Industry: Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing Work Location: General Trias City, Cavite Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00am-6:10pm) Salary: Php 35,000 (Basic Pay) Work Set Up: On-site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- At least 1 year of experience in manpower supervision/handling.
- At least 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits processes.
- Has experience working in same industry is an advantage.
- Can attend online and face to face interview.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and evaluating the administrative tasks and contracted services to provide a timely and proper delivery of the outputs.
- Updating the administrative policies to make sure that has compliance with a legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating with the internals, customers, and government audits with necessary corrective actions.
- Preparing reports for the management, group, and government to validate the accurate data-driven decision-making.
- Handling and guiding the 6-8 staff.
