Position: BFSI Associate
Location: Alphaland
Salary Offer: Up to PHP 30,000 Monthly
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) team in Alphaland. The role involves assisting customers with financial-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate handling of client concerns and transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to banking, financial services, and insurance accounts.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account concerns.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Meet performance metrics and service quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments when necessary to resolve concerns.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (HSG) or Senior High School Graduate (SHSG).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to work onsite in Alphaland.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
