We are looking for a reliable and efficient Delivery Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering packages, groceries, or goods to customers in a timely and professional manner. The Delivery Staff will ensure customer satisfaction by handling deliveries accurately, maintaining a positive attitude, and following delivery instructions.
- Experience: Previous experience in a delivery or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license for operating a motorbike, scooter, or vehicle (depending on the delivery method).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25-30 lbs and maintain a fast pace throughout the day.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deliveries and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and handling inquiries.
- Knowledge of Local Routes: Familiarity with local areas and ability to navigate efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow specific delivery instructions and ensure accurate delivery of items.
- Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Clean Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic rules and regulations.
- Smartphone: Possess a smartphone with GPS capabilities for navigation and delivery tracking.
