Oxy Bubble Water Refilling Station
The Water Refilling Station Staff is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the water refilling station, ensuring the production of high-quality drinking water and providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Water Production:
- Operate water purification equipment, including reverse osmosis (RO) systems, UV sterilizers, and filters.
- Monitor water quality parameters, such as TDS, pH, and chlorine levels.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all water purification equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment.
- Maintain adequate inventory of water bottles and other supplies.
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with water refilling and bottle exchanges.
- Answer customer inquiries and address concerns.
- Promote water refilling services and company products.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Station Maintenance:
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the water refilling station.
- Ensure the proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance of the station.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of water bottles, supplies, and other consumables.
- Place orders for supplies as needed.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Ensure the safety of customers and staff at all times.
- Comply with all relevant local regulations and permits.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred.
- Basic understanding of water purification principles (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
