REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in English, Tagalog, and Mandarin.
• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Having 2–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
• Having experience in issuing sales invoices, reconciling accounts regularly with the business team, and with suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Compile, review, and analyze monthly budget submissions from various departments and regions, providing accurate and insightful financial reports.
• Handle accounting operations, including the preparation and verification of accounting vouchers, as well as maintaining subsidiary and general ledger records.
• Demonstrate strong accountability, commitment, and adherence to professional standards.
• Carry out regular audits and physical checks of company fixed assets and departmental petty cash, documenting findings through detailed reports.
• Examine procurement and lease contracts to verify accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Generate sales invoices and perform periodic account reconciliations with sales departments and suppliers to ensure financial accuracy.
