Provide technical support and assistance to end-users in resolving IT issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
Troubleshoot network problems and assist in network setup and maintenance.
Document support interactions and create knowledge base articles for common issues.
Assist in IT projects and implementation of new technologies.

| Job Qualifications | Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience Level: 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience. Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required. Salary offer: 10,000 Php monthly starting salary and will increase based on good performance which is 505 Php per day and with ***Add on bonuses with 2 days day off weekly Interview: Monday-Friday, at 10 am, except holiday and company events Dress Code: Smart Casual Bring the following original and photocopy 2 valid government ID Resume or Cv updated one TOR or DiplomaUpdated Original Police Clearance Updated Original NBI Clearance Updated Original Barangay Clearance Updated Note: Preferred male applicants This is a full time position office based willing to be assigned at our Baguio main office and living or residing at Baguio too **Please apply only if you are genuinely interested in proceeding with the on-site interview and job-specific orientation.
