Responsibilities - Preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and delivery updates
- Monitor customer requests and provide timely feedback
- Follow up pending quotations and purchase orders
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records
- Support the sales team in achieving company targets
- Coordinate with production and logistics regarding customer requirements
- Handle daily office administrative activities and documentation
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other company documents
- Maintain and organize company files and records
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, or related course
- At least 1–2 years’ experience / Fresh Graduate
- With experience in administrative and sales support is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
