Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Engagement
- Meet with individuals, families, and businesses to understand their financial goals
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust and professional guidance
Financial Planning
- Assess clients’ current financial situations
- Develop tailored strategies for retirement planning, education funding, estate planning, and wealth management
Insurance and Investment Solutions
- Offer Manulife’s life and health insurance products, savings plans, and investment solutions
- Recommend policies and investment options aligned with client needs
Sales and Business Development
- Prospect and acquire new clients
- Achieve performance targets to qualify for commissions, bonuses, and incentives
Ongoing Client Support
- Provide after-sales service, including policy reviews, renewals, and claims assistance
- Monitor clients’ financial progress and adjust strategies as needed
