Job Role Summary
We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Website & IT Administrator to maintain company websites, manage website content, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support for business applications and systems.
The role involves basic web development, website administration, IT troubleshooting, and uploading and distributing approved marketing materials. The candidate must be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and coordinating with different departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and troubleshoot company websites and web applications.
- Manage website content, product information, images, brochures, and catalogs.
- Use HTML, Java, JavaScript, and CSS for basic website modifications and troubleshooting.
- Monitor website functionality, hosting, integrations, and performance.
- Schedule customer email campaigns and maintain distribution lists.
- Upload approved marketing materials to websites and social media platforms.
- Provide technical support for business applications, software, and IT systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely website and content updates.
- Maintain documentation and ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
Job Qualification Summary
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in web development, website administration, IT support, or business systems support.
- Proficient in HTML and Java , with working knowledge of JavaScript and CSS.
- Experience troubleshooting websites, software applications, and IT-related issues.
- Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft 365, networking, and cybersecurity is an advantage.
- ERP administration experience, particularly Prophet 21 (P21) , is preferred.
- Familiarity with website analytics, SEO, and AI-powered tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, multitask, and manage deadlines.
Important Requirements
- Must have a personal laptop or desktop computer suitable for remote work.
- Must be amenable to a full-time WFH setup and US working hours.
Role Clarification: This position focuses on website maintenance, IT support, and implementing approved marketing content. Marketing materials and designs will be provided. Graphic design and marketing campaign creation are not part of the role.
