- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or at least a high school graduate with relevant supervisory experience.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in food and beverage or retail industries.
- Skills and Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
