We are looking for an honest, disciplined, and physically fit Warehouseman (Stay-In) to manage warehouse operations, inventory, and event dispatch logistics. Free accommodation is provided, making this an ideal opportunity for provincial candidates seeking stable, direct employment in Metro Manila.
Qualifications
- Provincial / Outside Metro Manila Applicants Preferred: Priority and strong preference will be given to candidates coming from the provinces or far-off regions who are voluntarily willing to stay in.
- Stay-In Willingness: Fully comfortable living on-site at our Commonwealth, Quezon City location.
- Schedule Flexibility: Able and ready to work irregular shifts, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays to support event logistics.
- Physical Fitness: Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting, moving, and arranging event equipment.
- Work Ethic & Character: Honest, trustworthy, disciplined, and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, verify, and organize all incoming supplies and materials accurately.
- Order Logistics: Prepare, pack, and sort items for dispatch aligned with event schedules and operational demands.
- Flexible Shift Monitoring: Manage and oversee the warehouse during night, early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by event schedules.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the entire warehouse safe, clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Stock Counting: Conduct regular inventory counts and promptly report any missing, discrepancy, or damaged stock.
