Job title: Junior Call Center Agent - Corporate Banking Relationship Agent (Permanent)
SALARY: PHP 18,000-21,000 package (up to PHP 24,000 for those with BPO experience)+ 1 month joining bonus for those who will onboard on March 30 Location: Pasig and Taguig
Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services offered.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Open to all education level, fresh graduates, career shifters
- Experience Level: 1-2 years’ experience is preferred but no BPO experience is also open
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent conversational communication skills
- Amenable to work 100% Onsite in McKinley, fixed nightshift schedule
- Amenable to work on weekends/holidays
- WORK ON SITE SET UP
