Project-Based Elevator Load Tester (Clinic Building)
We are looking for a qualified technician or service provider to perform elevator load testing for a small clinic building.
Scope of Work:
- Conduct load testing of the elevator using certified test weights or equivalent equipment
- Verify elevator performance at rated capacity
- Check safety and operational functions
- Provide an official load testing report for compliance and documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in elevator testing, maintenance, or commissioning
- Access to proper load testing equipment
- Knowledge of elevator safety standards (e.g., ASME A17.1 or EN 81)
- Must follow proper safety procedures during testing
