Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries through phone and email, and providing professional assistance regarding the Company's products and services.
The role also involves making outbound calls for customer follow-ups and telemarketing activities while ensuring high standards in customer service, call handling, accuracy, and data encoding.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and appointment requests.
- Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic customer service.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and coordinate with branches and concerned departments.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
- Conduct follow-up and outbound calls when needed.
- Address and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Meet customer service and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
- Customer service or related experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Computer literate and comfortable using various digital platforms.
- Willing to work on holidays and according to operational requirements.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to Apply
- Morning and mid-shift hybrid work set-up
- Willing to be assigned in Greenhills, San Juan City
