Job Description: Company Nurse
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide on-site medical assistance and first aid for employees.
- Monitor employee health and safety in a manufacturing environment.
- Conduct health screenings and manage occupational health records.
- Collaborate with management on health policies and ergonomic practices.
- Promote wellness initiatives and employee health education.
- Assist with injury reporting and follow-up care.
- Provide health assessments, manage workplace injuries, and educate employees on health practices.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
Experience Level
- Less than 1 year of experience in a clinical or corporate setting.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in medical assessments, first aid, and emergency response.
Training
- Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training for Nurses.
Working Conditions
- Office environment with occasional exposure to medical situations.
