Finance Assistant (Silay)

This position is responsible for primarily assisting with Finance and Accounting operations. They will also assist with other Finance and Accounting related tasks as would require by other ADEC affiliated entity.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send out billings for both outsourced resource and ancillary billings as cost recoveries.
• Prepare and send out remittance of government statutory payments such as SSS, PHIC, HDMF and BIR, in compliance with labor and statutory laws for resources being managed.
• Monitor and update EDIL and RSIL documents for swift recovery of files as required in the future and compliance with ISO standards.
• Process disbursing transactions such as Request for Payment, Cash advance and liquidation, Reimbursements and Purchase order payments to settle obligations incurred for both acquired and engaged resources.
• Custodian of site's Petty Cash and Revolving funds for swift dispensing of petty amounts needed for emergency cases.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Tech, Accounting Information system is preferred.
• Open to fresh graduates!
• At least 1 year of work experience in back office, specifically in accounting or finance is an advantage.
