Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a remote Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute day-to-day digital marketing initiatives for a growing business. This role focuses on content creation, social media management, campaign execution, analytics tracking and website optimization to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making, work independently, and consistently deliver results across multiple channels.

Work schedule:

• Full-time or part-time (flexible based on client needs)
• Monday to Friday
• Working hours aligned with US business hours

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and marketing campaigns
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare reports and recommendations
• Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and audience engagement
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns including list management, content creation, and performance tracking
• Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates
• Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow)
• Collaborate with internal teams or clients to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, or LinkedIn) as needed
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related role
• Proficiency with social media platforms, content tools, and analytics
• Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising concepts
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
