Description - Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the pool and surrounding facilities.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations with guests to maintain a safe environment.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Administer basic first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, such as a Diploma in Hospitality or Recreation Management.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and operate pool maintenance equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
