JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of two (2) years in college, preferably in Multimedia, Marketing, or Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of color theory and design balance
• Effective communication and business correspondence skills
• Willingness to work in Taguig or Pasay, with flexibility for shifting schedules
• At least 1 year experience in graphic design, copywriting, recruitment marketing, social media campaigns, or photography

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide marketing support across multiple sites and media platforms
• Develop storyboards, campaigns, and creative materials for talent attraction
• Manage social media presence and digital marketing strategies
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of creative outputs
• Maintain high-quality design standards and uphold brand identity
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by immediate supervision
