A global provider of marketing services with offices across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The company focuses on data-driven marketing, customer support, logistics, and fulfillment, serving industries such as retail, healthcare, financial services, and technology. Position: Jr. Graphic Designer Industry: BPO Location: Taguig Schedule: Shifting Salary: Php 25,000 gross (negotiable) Work Set Up: HybridJOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of two (2) years in college, preferably in Multimedia, Marketing, or Graphic Design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of color theory and design balance
- Effective communication and business correspondence skills
- Willingness to work in Taguig or Pasay, with flexibility for shifting schedules
- At least 1 year experience in graphic design, copywriting, recruitment marketing, social media campaigns, or photography
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide marketing support across multiple sites and media platforms
- Develop storyboards, campaigns, and creative materials for talent attraction
- Manage social media presence and digital marketing strategies
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of creative outputs
- Maintain high-quality design standards and uphold brand identity
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by immediate supervision
