High-Volume Creative Recruiter

Incubator Lab is scaling an internal performance creative powerhouse, and we need a high-velocity, outbound-driven High-Volume Creative Recruiter based in LATAM, Europe, or Asia.

Role Objective: 

Your primary mandate is unrelenting sourcing speed and rapid candidate conversion at scale. You will own high-volume outbound sourcing to build massive talent pipelines of DTC/E-Commerce Video Editors (specifically editors skilled in AI asset generation, hook optimization, and direct response ads). You will conduct 20–30 rapid 15-minute qualification calls per day , aggressively converting top-tier global talent to fill large-scale hiring targets (e.g., maintaining an active bench of 200+ performance video editors).

What You'll Do: 

• Rapid-Fire Screening Volume : Conduct 20–30 high-energy 15-minute screening calls daily to keep talent moving rapidly through our pipeline.
• High-Volume Outbound Sourcing : Proactively source, engage, and build candidate pools across all global regions (LATAM, EMEA, APAC, North America) to hit aggressive hiring targets (e.g., building and maintaining an active bench of 200+ elite performance video editors). They must demonstrate deep expertise in where "best of the best" creative talent hides—hunting across niche creative platforms (Behance, Dribbble, ArtStation, Vimeo, Motionographer), global freelancer ecosystems (Upwork, Fiverr Pro, Contra, Workana), specialized Discord/Telegram communities, Reddit, X/Twitter, and global social channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• DTC & AI Creative Evaluation: Screen video editors for direct-response performance knowledge (hooks, UGC pacing, scroll-stoppers) and familiarity with AI video tools (Runway, VEO, ElevenLabs, Kling, Midjourney, HeyGen).
• AI-Powered Recruiting Workflows : Utilize modern AI sourcing tools, automated candidate outreach sequences, and ATS workflows to maximize sourcing speed and candidate response rates.
• Pipeline Speed : Reduce time-to-hire to a minimum while maintaining high quality control for performance creative roles.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ Years of Specialized Creative Recruiting: Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience specifically focused on Performance Marketing, Direct-Response, DTC, and E-Commerce creative roles (Video Editors, Motion Designers, Creative Strategists).
• Proven High-Volume Sourcing Track Record: Demonstrated experience in rapid, high-volume recruiting (agency or fast-paced startup experience strongly preferred), with a history of filling high-capacity talent pipelines fast.
• Performance Creative IQ: Deep understanding of Paid Social ad formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), conversion-driven hooks, UGC pacing, and direct-response video editing requirements.
• AI Tool & Sourcing Fluency: Experience leveraging AI recruiting platforms, automated outreach sequences, LinkedIn Recruiter, global creative databases, and modern candidate management systems (ATS).
• Relentless Pace & Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills, with the energy, stamina, and efficiency required to manage 20–30 screening calls daily.

WORKING HOURS: REMOTE-FIRST & ASYNCHRONOUS

• Async-First & Output-Driven: We focus purely on pipeline velocity, candidate quality, and speed-to-hire.
• EST Overlap Required: Must provide daily real-time overlap with US EST working hours for team syncs and candidate hand-offs.
