Area Sales Manager - North Luzon Area

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably as an Area Manager, District Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent leadership role .
- Proven experience managing multiple store locations and leading store managers and field teams.
- Strong background in sales management, retail operations, inventory control, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel extensively and conduct regular store visits across North Luzon.
- Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, mobile phones, gaming, or specialty retail is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple store branches within the assigned territory.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability goals, and operational KPIs.
- Monitor store compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and business reviews.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and branch personnel to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, stock movement, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of promotions, launches, and operational initiatives.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales, operations, and performance reports to management.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and implement strategies to improve overall store performance.
