Production Engineer I Japanese precision manufacturing Sto. Tomas

Responsible for bridging daily shop floor operations with high-level technical process improvements. Core Responsibilities Production Planning & Execution: You will execute manufacturing schedules based on production plans and capacity. This includes planning and designating the required manpower and machines for each production run. Process Optimization: Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes (such as stamping, assembly, or molding) to maximize quality and output. You'll often use Lean Manufacturing principles and Kaizen for continuous improvement. Technical Troubleshooting: Conduct root cause analysis for process or product failures and implement corrective or preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure they do not recur. Supervision & Leadership: Lead daily meetings with operators and subordinates to communicate instructions and monitor manpower performance. You are also responsible for boosting morale and conducting performance reviews. Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain critical documents, including standard work instructions, process sheets, and machine check sheets. Compliance & Safety: Ensure the "Genba" (actual workplace) strictly follows company rules, ISO standards, and safety protocols like 5S and Shikkari Kihon. Can start immediately; Fresh graduate or with at least with 1 year experience; Graduate of Engineering program preferably Industrial Engineering; Willing to work in shifting schedule; Benefits: P40.00 Meal Allowance for overtime of 4 hours and above OT, HMO + Dependent (50% Company Paid), 13th month pay, Performance Bonus (Scheduled every July 1 and Dec 20) SL 6 days, VL 7 days (each will increase per year of service) Birthday Leave – 1 day Wedding Leave and Assistance Free Uniforms and PPE (2 sets) Bereavement Leave and Assistance Sponsorship for Training Work schedule: Monday to Friday, Compressed Work Week, no Saturday work (07:00 - 17:00 Total of 9 hrs./day) Interview process: The Interview can be virtual or F2F
